Repair Conditions:
1. Minimum board repair
charge is $100
2. The charge varies
upon the evaluation of the particular boards
3. The customer’s
payment will only be accepted prior to the “evaluation and acceptance” of
boards repaired
4. The customer should
cite the history of damage prior to the board(s) to be repaired
5. After the proper
evaluation and assessment of the defective board , quotation shall be rendered
to the customer for affirmation. The parts availability and possible repair
time should be included. For mutual adjustments that includes “parts
availability” and “increase repair time”, the customer should be informed
regarding to some change of conditions.
6. The customer are
required to submit formal orders before we apply necessary repairs to the
defective boards.
7. Repair and
replacement of defective parts are made upon Purchase Orders P.O’s
8. Actual evaluation of
parts are applied if necessary Payment transactions
are to be made in accordance of proper evaluation and customer’s acceptance. |
